According to reliable sources, a high profile, high budget Francophone touring company was rumored to have offered a part to gifted Vancouver actor, Stefano Giulianetti.   The part, apparently, had already been offered to him a year ago after a brilliant audition but the busy actor had to turn it down due to prior engagements.  While the part calls for a young teenage boy, and Stefano has been known mostly for his work in older age groups, he said he would relish the opportunity to “get back to my roots, sharpen my crayons” and “re-acquaint myself with my inner child”.  When asked how his French skills were, Stefano simply replied “Oui” …the sign of a true artiste. Although we cannot divulge the Theatre Company’s name at this time (heh-heghm-Theatre la Seizieme), we do know that the tour will be an extensive one, spanning as far as Ontario and the Yukon from February to early April.
